The State of Comedy website will contain comedians / entertainers and Groups / Troupes that work (Contribute) to the betterment of the State Of Comedy (SOC). They will have their own towns within the state. Participating comedians / entertainers that have links are residents of the State Of Comedy and fans will be our State Visitors.
